SO wish I could go to Dragon Con and meet all of you guys that are going!! Just can't afford it Sad thing is I'm going to Knoxville the following week for work, which is not that far of a drive from Atlanta.. Just wish I was going one week earlier!

Seeker Volunteers needed to man the new Fan Table at Dragon*Con


**HELP Needed at the DragonCon Fan Table**

"LotS was on stand-by for a fan table at DragonCon, and the DragonCon Fan Table Director just informed us that there has been a cancellation, so that table is now ours. Our first at any Cons!

This is a great, great opportunity to promote 'Legend of the Seeker'. Woot!

We now need ALL the help from DC attendees to staff the table. 1-2 per shift would be ideal.

All you have to do is show up at the table and talk about LotS with anyone that approaches the table. You can also tell them about the free iTunes episode promotion. We'll have the iTunes giveaways and other flyers already there. And if you run out of iTunes postcards, you can just collect the email of any interested new fan, and sos.com will email the free episodes.

If you'd like to help at the fan table, please go to this web page and sign up by typing in your name. spreadsheets0.google.com/ccc?key=tEAGMuD74QkzLR6A6xguBwA&hl=en#gid=0
The spreadsheet should be editable by anyone.

Below are the Fan Table Rules provided by the organizers:


* Tables must be staffed by Dragon*Con members.
In other words: yes, you WILL need to purchase badges and wear them at all times!

* Table staffing hours:
Fan-tables must be continuously staffed during the day, from 10am until 8pm at a minimum. On Monday, plan on staffing your table until 2 or 3pm.

* In deference to our dealers and exhibitors, who pay for the privilege, no general merchandise sales are permitted at fan tables or band tables.

* You can sell logo merchandise from your organization and other items made exclusively for and by your club, band or organization. Dragon*Con does not charge a percentage of merchandise sales.

* No raffles or other games of chance are allowed. Sorry, but they contravene the laws of the State of Georgia.

* Electrical power & Internet Access:
Be sure to bring your own extension cords and splitters. Any cords must be taped down.

* Power in the Hyatt for tables has historically been available at most locations but there may be a charge. Plug-ins may be limited.

* If you need Internet access at your table, you'll have to arrange this with the individual hotel. Although our host hotels offer wireless access in guest rooms, this service is usually restricted or blocked in the lobby and function-space areas.

* Table placement will be at the sole discretion of the respective Concourse directors or their assistants. We'll work with you as much as possible, but we can make no promises.
