So. I’ve gotten a lot of questions from people, asking what they can do to help make sure we get a 3rd season.

If you live in the U.S., a letter to your local station is probably the best way to show your support. In the U.S., these stations need to know that people are watching “Seeker” and want more of it – and if the show is on at an inconvenient time, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to also ask them to put us on in a better time slot, too! Better times means more viewers.

If you’ve already written to your local station, you can also show your support by sending a letter to Disney-ABC Domestic Television –

If you’ve been thinking of buying the Season One DVDs or downloading the episodes from iTunes, now would be a VERY good time. Those sales numbers are looked at closely by studios.

Do we have a plan yet or are we waiting for 2x11's ratings? I'm a bit hesitant to promote the postcards that speckleberry's come up with on LJ, after Erika's post on page 2 here about execs being not too pleased about something like that.

Her Blue Eyes appears to be helming this at the moment but I'm more than a bit concerned that there isn't a clear plan of attack to what they're recommending fans to do.

Mike Sussman's put his stamp of approval on it though, so that's definitely something.

At this point I don't care what other sites are doing. We're doing our OWN thing here.

Awesome stuff from Mike Sussman! We'll take those addresses as gold.

Here's what I recommend - we work like mad for 2 weeks on getting our stuff together, then we plan for the week after HUNGER airs - we begin our unified attacks. Until then we need:

A) A single form letter that people can mail and send in to their local stations, ABC, ABC-DISNEY, and the Producers (I don't want them left out!) I think that we could probably direct all mailings to THIS WOMAN - Anne Sweeney: Co-Chair, Disney Media Networks President, Disney/ABC Television Group.

B) We also need a couple of general comments email addresses for the studios.

C) We need a compilation of email/mailing addresses from the largest markets that air LOTS in the US - NYC, Boston, WGN-Chicago, Denver, Dallas, LA (KTLA,) San Francisco, Portland, Phoenix, Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta, Philly, and any other really large markets that you can think of. Each week we will pick a part of the country and we will assault the stations in that area. Email addresses are the easiest and trust me - the stations/studios respond.

C) The list that Extremis provided for the Corporate Sponsors is awesome - send them letters/emails thanking them for supporting LOTS and tell them that you buy & recommend their products.

D) We still need our symbol for the campaign because I think that having something visual that we can send to the studios would be a good thing.

THESE are the things that we need to work on NOW. Who wants to volunteer for what?

Since we have 11 tv stations, and a little under 14 days before Hunger, starting that Saturday night, we send emails to the stations saying thanks for supporting the show and how much it means if they would support another year.
