The 'Veronica Mars' kickstarter was created by 'Veronica Mars' creator, Rob Thomas (with support from the VMars cast, and support from Warner Bros, who own the rights).

It would be great if the LOTS Creative Team was inspired to do something like this 
The LOTS Producers/Cast/ABC*Disney would have to be the ones to start a kickstarter event.
(they would have to figure out all of the legalities/contracts/etc..)
We can write to them to ask them to do this. ;D
