That includes a table, carpet, 3 chairs and 3 exhibitors tickets.
We also need to get a one-off public liability insurance which from what iv been told should only be around $60 for the weekend.
This is getting exciting!
We also want to hear from you if your planning to cosplay as any of the characters or would like to make some banners so we can hang them around the table.. "

We paid for the supanova table today, *happy dance*, now waiting on emails to say they got our payment and paperwork, but it looks like LotS is coming to supanova
Was talking with alli and we will be making Save our Seeker badges and keyrings.
We also have one pass left if anyone is interested in helping out at our table on that weekend, PM me.
Also if anyone wants to help out making a banner for the table, that would be great too.
I got my 9 year old brother hooked and he is going to cosplay as Richard, now just to get an outfit for him.
I'm getting a new camera, so we will be reporting from Supanova for those who can't make it. I will fix up my twitter so we can tweet as well.
Would be awesome for some of the Aussie fans to come along and show your support. "

Got to print off some posters and flyers.

"I'd say the DVD is a *must have*, 3-4 books are great, and possibly a laptop running the DVD would be nice because LotS is so visually attractive, it sells itself.
Not sure when 'The Omen Machine' (Terry Goodkind's new book) comes out in Australia. If you have a small poster, you'll make a lot of friends with Terry's fans
Re. buttons and such, keep in mind that people at the cons expect to pay $1-2 for those items and that selling small things will help you recover some of the costs.
If you want to use any of the posters posted on our wiki, you already have permission from the artists to use them:

Just another idea:
sos.com could produce some iTunes cards and take care of fulfillment if LotS is available in Australia. We'll cover the cost. We can send other items too (i.e. biz cards with useful URLs, spice soup cards, etc.). You can see the list of items with pics in the first post on the WonderCon thread. Sorry i've been away for a bit tafe work, getting sick and planning outfits for next week's ball has kept me pretty busy. If you are on my facebook page you would know all this already lol. 
First off we definitely have the table. I got an email from supanova a few days ago confirming our payment
I can't believe it's only a month away, getting all excited. ;D
We should have the DVD soon. And I have the first 3 books plus Debt of Bones which will be displayed.
We also have two laptops with LotS on them just in case one runs out of power but we are not sure if we are allowed to play it as it is rated M15+ here so we might have it ready to play and when people come up we can play it for them.
Not sure if The Omen Machine will be out in time here so we can also have that on the table.
We also are going to have a red velvet table cloth with gold tassels just like the colours of D'hara ;D
With the buttons and keyrings we were going to sell them for $1-2 anyways

Been super busy over the weekend it was non stop with no time for a breaks.
We got 6 pages signed with 259 signatures over the two days (WELL DONE SYDNEY!!!)
I had alot of people come up to us asking if we were selling the DVD's or the books unfortunately we weren't but we know for next time. We also had people come up asking if were going to take the seeker table on the road to other cons and we think we might Just got to make sure we have the funds.
Alli has the photos of the weekend on her camera and hopefully will uplioad them when she gets home tonight Also we had some of my friends at the table taking photos too and will get copies of them.
We all had so much fun and want to thank all involved."
Naomi'as reply with regards to Dene's question about where the laptop, keyrings, and shadow water was:
"This photo was taken on the Saturday and i will explain what happened to the laptop, keyrings and shadow water. The bag with the laptop, keyrings and shadow water was left at home. We woke up late and had to be set up and ready at Olympic Park by 8am, well we woke up at 8am and had to get from Liverpool to Olympic Park. We just made it there with 10mins till doors opened as we had no time to run back and get it. So on the Sunday we remembered to bring it with us.
Thank you for taking this photo of Alli and Alyssia, I wish I was there to meet you but I was running about getting photos taken and autographs as Saturday was my day and Sunday was Alli's to do what she wanted to do.
We also want to say sorry for the lack of updates over the weekend on twitter as we couldnt get on twitter on Alli's phone as it was being a pain in the butt. "
