Last December, the WonderCon organizers approved the Seeker fan table, so I've been chatting with fans that are planning tables at Naples Comicon, Big Apple Comic-Con and Carolinas Cons about cool things to do.
This is what I have in mind for WonderCon and I would very much value your feedback, ideas, and help too.
WonderCon runs the weekend of April 1-3/2011, San Francisco (Moscone Convention Center), www.comic-con.org/wc/
The table will have a combined Legend of the Seeker/The Sword of Truth theme.

"We were so busy we couldn't go take pics around the convention.
The majority of the people we talked to knew LotS, and the ones who didn't promised to watch it (after they heard our pitch ;D )
We collected 3 and half pages of signatures with our Petition for Season 3. The 'Jericho' folks told us that written petitions are way more impressive than the online ones in the eyes of networks and producers. I have to print more petitions forms, because I only had 4.
The contests were a big hit... almost as big as the candy that was wiped out in no time."

They also shared a few tips with us":
1. real petitions as opposed to online ones are very impressive to networks and producers
2. telling networks and producers how busy a fan table was is also very important after the convention
3. Comic-Con International, WonderCon and NY Comic-Con are the 3 most important cons because of the presence of networks. They got a lot of publicity by giving heads up about their table to a Jericho producer attending a con. The producer himself ended up telling the networks.
