**Wanted! Seeker Fans in New York or New York Bound**
With the upcoming 'Camp Wanatachi' Event that Bridget is Producing in New York on Thursday, June 3rd and Friday, June 4th, www.campwanatachi.com/post/600805750/camp-wanatachi-a-new-musical-in-concert-june-3-4th there's also a proposed plan of hoping to get a group of Seekers together to gather outside of 'Good Morning America' and/or 'The Today Show' with T-Shirts & Signs, promoting 'Save Our Seeker/Legend of the Seeker' during this same timeframe :)National free promotion  (and Meet other Seekers too ;D )
It's still in the planning/discussing phase,
so any Seekers that are interested in this, Please post in this thread 
(and please check back here for updates too ;D )

I haven't bought my tickets yet because I was trying to find anyone else who was going. I've been posting on my twitter, but no one's responded.
There are the general ones and the ViP ones. I'm thinking ViP. I'm just hoping they're not sold out before I decide!

I'm competing the weekend of the 3rd, but otherwise I would make the trip up to NY from DC.
If you get something together for another weekend in June, let me know and I plan on coming up.

Do you know what the official date is for the Good Morning America/ Today Show is? Is it the third or the fourth like the premiere for the musical is?

The dates listed are to coincide with the 'Camp Wanatachi' Concert, and
we wanted to find out if fans were able to attend something like this too while they were in NY
---Would you like to try to do both days?? (Thursday, June 3rd and Friday, June 4th)
---If you'd like to do just one day, which one would be best for you??
---Also, if just one day is preferred, which would you choose:
Good Morning America or Today Show?
(has anyone attended either before, it would be good to have some knowledge about both if possible )
I know that GMA airs from 7AM to 9AM ET each weekday and the
Today Show is from 7AM to 10AM ET each weekday.
(sometimes, they have pre-recorded interviews and such, which cut into their crowd time)
I'm not certain which one has More crowd time, I'm guessing the Today Show does. (time to record some morning shows to compare ;D )

I'm not too familiar with the Today show, but GMA is known for being out in the crowd at their studios. It's also ABC -- producers for Seeker...so maybe they would be the better choice.

**Whoop! It's official- just bought tickets for my friend and I to go to the Thursday night concert and VIP recption So excited!!** Hope to see some of you there, and if anyone wants to meet up- the more Seeker love representing, the better  I'm hoping to attend the Thursday night showing, cause of the VIP bit after the concert. I'll be staying with a friend in NY, so hopefully I'll be able to attend the party Friday night as well (since it says tickets for both nights include the after party) I too tried to find others on twitter who were going, but no luck- thanks Extremis for pointing me to this thread!! I have not been to GMA before, but I did go to the Today Show for a Corrs performance a few years ago, and surprise, I even made it onto the tv when they did a crowd shot one time!! Do we know if B is going to be on either of those shows? Ok, that's all the rambling I have for now Off to Lancaster for the day! Will check on any updates when I get home this evening  |

ThanXXXto BAMS at Lots.org for telling us that GMA & Today both have outside concerts on Fridays.
(GMA concerts are in Central Park, Today Show concerts are outside their studio)
From zap2it.com, looks like this is their lineups per each day:
'Good Morning America':
--Thursday, June 3rd/2010: Pet allergies; summer health series.
--Friday, June 4th/2010: Diddy-Dirty Money performs; summer products; chef Emeril Lagasse.
(So then Diddy & Dirty Money would be the GMA concert in Central Park )
'Today Show':
--Thursday, June 3rd/2010: The ``American Idol'' winner Lee Dewyze and runner-up Crystal Bowersox perform; actors Russell Brand and Rose Byrne (``Get Him to the Greek''); porch makeover; Today's Kitchen.
(not sure if the American Idol stars perform outside for this too??)
--Friday, June 4th/2010: Justin Bieber performs; actors Jonah Hill and Elisabeth Moss (``Get Him to the Greek''); author Amy Wilson; satisfying a sweet tooth; singer Kylie Minogue; ambush makeovers; radio personalities Alexis Stewart and Jennifer Hutt.
(Might be fairly tough to get some Seeker screen time with the gazillions of Justin Bieber fans - unless they are fans of LOTS too - then that would be a sight to behold ;D Come on Bieber fans, join us ;D)
Looks like Thursday Morning at GMA would be the best bet, but not sure if that's the best day for Seekers to attend??
