But another season is more expensive. I think 3 tv-films with Jagan story will be AWESOME¡¡¡

Not that I wouldn't love a season 3, but in some ways movies would tell the story better. We wouldn't go "off plot" so much because there wouldn't be the syndication restrictions (stand alone episodes and exposition). The writing would be tighter.
I'll take whatever we can get!!!!!

Totally with you on this!!! I for one am going to keep fighting for a series 3, as if I didn't even "know" this.

This means keeping the pressure on Disney. I know that Rachel didn't want anyone to think that this was a for sure thing, so she edited it with a disclaimer. BUT If B suggested it it's probably a good thing to keep our letters and e-mails going to the studio with the rights to make this movie(s).

guys im as excited as you are (could fall asleep actually) but its a MAYBE! is up to us to get it.... so we have to keep on sending emails and buying the eps on iTunes and DVDs.. ALSO, i dont want to get her in trouble.... IF for any reason nothing happens i would feel bad for her of saying this! although u gotta admit she is freaking aweseome for saying it... im also waiting for Craig's interview on Pop Star (later this week) but i febetter now! also, a tweet from Ted Raimi : @tedraimi: Parker Stevens (the King) and I will raise a glass to Legend of the Seeker this week In LA. Hopefully not a Post-mortem one... confirms that is not official yet , in my opinon, i think that as Sam Raimi's brother he would know more that us! im happy!

All of this is so true!!!! And Ted is probably not under the same gag rules as he is not "employed" on the LotS contract.
Crossing fingers and working even harder than before!!!!
P.S. (In a movie format they wouldn't have to worry about keeping up the relationship tension and so maybe they would let our couple be truely together!)

Did Bridget really say "they're trying for a movie"? Because if you read the Livejournal report, it doesn't sound that way at all. In fact, the writer says "And she talks to us about how the show cost more money last season but maybe we could hope for a movie or something."
"Maybe we could hope for a movie or something" sounds very vague and MUCH less promising than the quote that's at the top of this thread. I just would hate for people to start thinking there's a movie planned, if Bridget didn't even get close to saying that.

The girl has edited the LJ. She doesn´t want problems.....but the inicial words were: "And she talks to us about how the show cost more money last season but they're hoping for a movie"

It all sounds kind of suspicious to me. Perhaps her initial quote wasn't verbatim, or maybe her enthusiasm made it sound better than it actually was.

Probably because she doesn't want to get Bridgit in trouble. Remember, Bridgit is probably under some severe restrictions as to what she can and can't say. The first one sounds like Bridgit "knows" something and the second sounds like what Bridgit is hoping for. The first one may be the actual quote, but it may have been "fixed" so as to make it "acceptable" to TPTB.
