So all Conseekadores take up your Swords of Truth, agiels, and daggers and please don't give up the fight until official word has come LOTS has been picked up for a third season!

Here's a quick guide as to what you can do (find the necessary addresses and letter samples in the links below):

(1) WRITE DISNEY/ABC-

• Tell them how much you love Seeker
  
• You would like a 3rd season

(2) WRITE LOCAL AFFILIATES AND NETWORKS-

(a) SyFy
(b) FOX
(c) The CW
(d) TNT

The Tribune has made its decision, so we need to concentrate efforts on these networks to pick up the show.

(3) WRITE SPONSORS- This is as important as writing Disney and the networks. Check out this message from a Sponsor who was kind enough to share this information:

Dear Legend Fans:

I joined these forums to send you a message. I’m a huge fan of the show and am saddened by this news. However, I work for one of the companies that has sponsored one of the episodes of Legend of the Seeker: Season 2.

I urge you to not forget about writing the sponsors. This is SO crucial and just as important as writing the studio. Companies love to hear from viewers to know that there is interest in a product and why (in this case because they sponsored Legend of the Seeker) The bottom line is sponsorship of tv shows helps keep costs down for production of the show and this is a HUGE factor for studios and production companies in determining a budget and ultimately whether it is worth it to continue a show past a certain point.

So while writing Tribune, tv stations, and ABC Studios IS important, this is equally as important. I have already suggested to the higher ups that we use our contacts from Tribune and ABC Studios/Domestic Television about the possibility of sponsoring Season 3 shows since most of the sponsors are lined up for the remaining episodes of season 2.

If you want more of a chance to save this show that you, as well as we love, write the sponsors as well. They like good old fashioned mail preferred to emails.

REMINDER: If you write to any of the shows sponsors PLEASE cut out and add the bar code from the product, adds credibility to the letter

• Let sponsors know that you use their product, service, restaurant etc.
  
• Tell them you love LOTS and appreciate their support of it, and hope that they will continue to do so in the future.

(4) WATCH EPS ON HULU-

• Get those Hits up! It's a great free way to show support and a good excuse to watch an ep
  
• Tell them you love Seeker and thank them for carrying the show:

(5) TWEET, FACEBOOK, AND PETITION- Spread the word! Advertise it on Twitter, LJ, Facebook, youtube, post on forums, sign online petitions, create artwork etc. Recruit as many as you can for our effort and direct them to The Confessor and Seeker Society's S3 Campaign!

(6) WRITE ENTERTAINMENT MAGAZINES AND COLUMNISTS-

With these addresses, keeping it brief is best as they have nothing to do with actual renewal...but they can help get the networks to notice.

• Let them know how much you love LOTS and want it to continue
  
• Would like to see features on the show in their publications (where applicable)

(7) BUY -eps on ITunes and DVD, as well as the LOTS soundtrack

(8) WRITE TALK AND ENTERTAINMENT SHOWS-Ask them to have the LOTS cast on as guests.
