oh thats nice!!!! i didnt get any but its ok ima keep sending them letters.... i got the Cara hologram.... i wanna get the R/K one or the season 2 cast....

im confident we will get renewed..... im not worried anymore!

Update: Well, guess what was waiting for me in the mail when I checked it this afternoon. A letter from ABC. Same letter I bet you got tigerlily536 [Whitney]. I got a hologram too, the first Season 2 cast shot.

This is good, we know they are paying attention to their mail. I have LOTS of new hope too Seek77!

How long ago did you guys send the letter? How long did it take you to hear back from them to get the hologram?

I never sent one to ABC........I didn't realize I had too.....

Hmm well the fact that they're replying is a good sign. I haven't recieved anything from them yet but still. I just want to find out soon!

Okay, now I'm a little scared...

One of the writers from LotS tweeted this about 20 minutes ago. His link references the Tribune in Chicago may NOT renew Seeker - in which case we get no Season 3 (syndicated shows need 100% of their market).

I'm not sure about the email given earlier for WGNProgramming -- I sent one and go a generic message back directing me to a website for WGN. When I looked there it provided a different email address: [e-mail]

I think old-fashinoned letters would be best - or BOTH would be even better.

Twitter signed. ABC letter on the way. Dire news posted on "Her Blue Eyes" today (3/3) to the effect that if Tribune Broadcasting won't pick up LotS in the fall, there will be no third season. Their site has a link to Tribune stations that carry "Seeker" and also to Tribune President Ed Wilson. Time appears to be of the essence. Write, write, write, people!

OK guys, time to rally and SPAM Tribune with our letters (and fruit! lol)

Also I was thinking this may be something interesting to add to the letters to Tribune and its affiliates. HBO just greenlit "The Game of Thrones" series- another very popular fantasy series of books. Maybe if we mention that the Fantasy seems to be on edge of exploding it may help our cause.

For instance CBS had a vampire show called "Moonlight" that had a decent fan following but was cancelled, over the next year Twilight and True Blood and all that stuff emerged and has taken a huge hold on pop culture. I am sure that if Moonlight were on now it would have done much better in the ratings then it did when it first came out.

So my long drawn out point. Of "Game of Thrones" comes out and does well it will also bode well for Seeker, esp since it hit the market first. But if it is cancelled now, and later the Fantasy genre starts to become a pop culture hit then those who didn't all LotS to continue would be kicking themselves.

Perhaps if we make this point, in a nice, polite and well-worded way it can help them come around to renewing LotS. Hopefully

Gasp!!! Oh hail NO! Snatches up those addressess to get letters/more e-mails sent. I e-mailed WGN when I sent out letters to ABC. I'll have to keep e-mailing WGN.
