Alright - so I've decided that instead of my being mysterious I'm going to get you all (hopefully) excited. I'm still not giving you all a first hand preview of what I'm up to yet, but I'll spill some beans for you - I'm working on a main-hub website for our community. It's taking me forever since I'm making it from scratch and have been dealing w/ my thousands of photos/caps for the series along w/ constantly arguing with Dreamweaver to make the HTML jump and do the bidding that I want it to do.
I'm nearly done w/ dealing w/ all of my episode screencaps - I figure that the site should be ready to go live in a couple of weeks - end of August at the latest. This isn't a blog - I won't be posting news on it (that's what MV is for) - instead it's where all of my screencaps will be centrally located, and as a place to showcase how awesome it is to be a Conseekadore and a member of the oldest R/K 'shipper/LOTS Lovin' community on the web!
For now, I need help from our artists and our members for some stuff.
1) CSS Site Buttons
I need buttons for our site that other affiliate sites can grab and put on their sites.
Sizes should be:
Tiny banners should just say "One Love"and/or "CSS" - larger banners should either say "One Love" and/or "The Confessor and the Seeker Society" - for the long skinny banners if you can fit in our URL ( http://kahlanrichardlots.proboards.com) that would be great!
Use any Richard & Kahlan photos that you want. I'll pick the best ones to use! Because the banners are small please try to make the text as easy to read as possible.

2) Episode Reviews & Character Studies
I'm still looking for Episode reviews & Character studies. People visiting our site should be able to jump in and see from our point of view how we see the series. If you're interested in helping - please goto THIS THREAD - the quicker we can get stuff in the better. If you wanted to volunteer for just a few things that would work also.
When you're done w/ them simply post them in the thread, you'll get credit on the site.
3) CSS Wallpapers
These are going to be used to promote our site. If you'd like to make some for promoting our community - please post them HERE. I've got my first batch selected but will be constantly rotating them - so please keep me supplied w/ great artwork!
4) Vote for your favorite Story
I know that there are other fanfic archives out there - but we have our own and have had the oldest fic archive on the web for LOTS - I want us to use it! So I've got a poll up and running to allow you to select your favorite story that's in our archive! The winning story will be the featured story of the month and the author will get a banner.
I (or Truth) will routinely set up these polls - so if you would like for your story to be considered, it's easy - simply upload your fic into our fanfic archive, and so long as it's PG-13 -G rated and completed it'll be entered into the competition.

5) Essays & Fanvideos
I also want a section to be posted on our site w/ essays about our series from the POV of our members. I'm not coding in comments on the main site - if people want to say anything they'll have to join the forums. Also I'll be selecting videos out of our video channel to showcase as videos of the month - so for our vidders, remember to post your vids there as well!

6) New Shipper Name
Finally with the site getting ready to launch - this is the perfect time for us to settle on a single name for being a Richard/Kahlan shipper. For many of us Richlan is just too BLAH - head over to THIS THREAD and get your noggins working - let's come up w/ a name that we can spam the web w/ and leave our own mark on LOTS fandom!
Anywhoo - that's what's going on. Please help me out and I can get things going a lot faster!
