Your probably right. Syfy probably just doesn't have the money. They can show Merlin because they don't have to pay for it's production but if it get's cancelled I doubt they could afford to keep making it either. Plus, they took on two new shows this year, Caprica and SGU and they seem to be pretty expensive. They are probably focusing on all their attention on those francises right now.

Didn't rate well - there's part of the explanation as to why they didn't pick it up.

BUT it's just too bad stations still rely on them.

Yea, Legend of the Seeker is proof. Online/DVR is a part of TV now, especially for shows that air at ridiculous times.

Got an "out of office auto-reply" from Chandler Hayes at ABC. His auto-reply just said that he'd be back in the office tomorrow to answer emails.
