I can't as I will be working as the Easter Bunny at the local mall, but I do have my DVR set to record so I think that counts as "watching live".

From what I understand about Tivo/DVRs (which isn't much ), is that they are counted in the ratings (and unless you have a Nielsen's box, watching live won't count ) So if you have a Tivo/DVR, please make sure to set it and watch a few times ;D (I believe it counts if watched within 24 hours )
Found it discussed here: boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=509327
Here's some more info from LOTS_Sponsor
CaraKahlanYES asks: "something I've been wondering about...are first-run syndicated shows like Seeker, Xena and Hercules "deficit financed" like the shows studios sell to networks? Usually they sell them to networks for a license fee that's lower than production costs and only make money once the show is in syndication (mid 3rd or fourth season.) But since it's in syndie, ABC studios must've avoided the lower license fee to the network, no? Since they only deal with local stations? Ugh, tv."
LOTS_Sponsor reply: "Great question! There are a lot of factors and variables involved. When sold, it does bring down the cost and there are different contracts for the different networks and stations. Sponsors also bring down the cost of the show as well. This is all put together in a budget and as I said in a previous post, studios love it when a show makes it to 3 and 4 seasons because they can sell the show into syndication and depending on the agreement, that network can show the episodes however and whenever they want. Yes, it's in syndication right now, but right now that syndication is for new episodes. When it reaches 3 seasons or more, and I believe it will, you will see Season 1 eventually end upon various networks.
SyFy last year had a LOTS marathon on their network, which is a perfect example of a partnership between 2 different companies. SyFy is another network that ABC Studios is talking to. ABC Family is another. This could be very easily done as Doctor Who used to air on SyFy because SyFy bought the rights to show them on the network, but they now appear on BBC America. Again, this does not mean they will appear on these networks, but it is being discussed."

Well if they are counting each time I watch from my DVR recorded shows, then I could single handedly boost the rating through the roof!!!! ;D
Then there are the NetFlix hits for the episodes from season 2 that I did not get recorded...(before we got the DVR)

Sadly in my area they do not show the show on Sat. Though they claim to show it, I have never seen it on a Saturday. They show back to back episodes on Sunday night....at 10 and 11 pm! How dumb is that?
Of course I'll be watching it and recording it!

It's on at 11:30 PM on Saturday night and 1:05 AM Sunday - but it will be recorded. I will try to watch it live Saturday night but not sure if I will make it. I have a houseful of people coming on Sunday and will need to get my butt up early....but I can't wait for this episode.

Since LOTS_Sponsor recently posted that we should definitely be contacting the Sponsors for the remaining episodes of Season 2, I'm doing my best to update the Sponsors from today's episode, 'Bound' ;D
Don't know how far you are into this but this file which includes the sponsers might help you out: rapidshare.com/files/366118175/BoundSponsers.rar

The hardest part for me so far is finding the mailing addresses and who to address them to, but I've found a bunch so far, and the search continues ;D
I get Seeker on 4 different TV channels here, and am listing all of the sponsors for each broadcast (some are totally different)

Just heard back from Disney/ABC. I think my letter says the same thing everyone else received so far, basically they hope for for more seasons to come as well and they sent me one of the holographic cards (the one with R/K).
Also, that was a great write-up Veronic ^^. I had read it via Jace's post.

thats cool jlyn! well i was thinkin, this is my first time doing somethig like this for a show... i havent felt this way for show in a LONG time... but i have an idea.. this might sound lame and i hope is not illegal but woudnt it be cool if we right (not big letters) Legend of the Seeker, Season 3 in $1 bills? i c that people write on those bills all the time to track them or because they are just plain bored... if is not ILLEGAL and we all do it (since we are all over the US) and some othre countries we can make other people to notice... i thought it was a kinda cool idea since these bills travel all over the country, i know there is an excessive amount of $1 so it might not even work, but higher denomination might be harder to do..... im not saying to write it all over the bill... just in one corner... AGAIN... i dunno if its legal or LAME?! lol but just a thought.. i dont think any other fandom (first time i use this word i think ) has done something like this.. i got my Entertainment magazine on the mail today and NOTHING! we need to get people's attention.. just a thought.. i hope im not out of place...

And I just got MY holographic card from ABC Disney today in the mail! They must have sent them all out at the same time! I was so excited when I saw the return address! (Can you tell I don't get out much?) I had written them about 4 letters.
