Proboards has a very distinct way of utilizing html type coding to post photos and links. You can either use the buttons that are all located right above your text box to start the code, or do it manually. Here's a little visual on how the coding works:

I noticed on some of your postings you'll have the word SOURCE and when I wiggle my mouse over it its a link. How do you do that? I keep trying to figure it. I'd like to avoid posting looooooooooong links.

to put a link for google with the text saying 'source': [*url=www.google.com*]source[*/url*] when you take out the *, here's what you get: sourcehope that helps
