In one day, I have managed to become a part of the CSS event planning team and have already posted some of my work, but I have not actually introduced myself. So here goes:
My name is Joelle, I'm eighteen years old (nineteen on May 22), and I'm attending a Christian college in Western NY. I am a huge fantasy fan, and have been since I was about 13 (LotR was my first love). My main fandoms are Legend of the Seeker (of course!), Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, Wheel of Time, Lord of the Rings, and such things like that. I read the first two Sword of Truth books a year or two ago, then reread the first one after the show came out. I must say, I'm addicted to LotS.
My work in the fandom is varied. My preferred type of fan-work is fanfiction, though I haven't written anything specific to LotS yet (unless you count my massive freaking upcoming fanmix, but that's another story...). I also make fanvideos, icons, wallpapers on occasion, and of course, my fanmixes (of which there will soon be officially two).

Hello all! Just joining up here to get involved with more LOTS fans. I won't bore you with much about me other than that I am 17 and an avid fan of fantasy and literature. I'm also very flexible when it comes to fandoms - I like anything from Peter Pan to Jane Austen. I found this forum through my sister, Melmione, who runs around babbling about LOTS and this site every single day. She's sucked me into loving the show and once she can learn to part with the books, I'll be sucked into those, too! Feel free to PM me and chat, I have no life anyway; I'm entirely committed to classes and the fandoms that fill up my time when I procrastinate.
Oh and I love digital art, so if anyone needs a fanmix cover or an icon, feel free to ask! ;D

On account of the fact that I haven't visited the Newbie Meet and Greet thread in quite a while, here's a huge whopping warm welcome to all!   None of you will be disappointed by what CSS has to offer. Everything LotS related - and even a variety of things that have absolutely nothing to do with it - can be found all over the place. It's a very organized forum. And everyone here is wonderful! I have yet to find someone who isn't respectful to other members. ;D And yes - IBIN really is my sis. I've sucked in another fan!  |

Hello everyone! My name is Julia. I'm a sixteen year old from Ohio, and I scare my own mother with my obsession with Legend of the Seeker.  I first came upon the show back in January, when Puppeteer aired. Being a dolt that I am, I thought, "Hey! This is the first episode!" Turns out I was wrong, but I caught up on the episodes pretty quickly thanks to Hulu. Anyway, can't wait to interact with you all! |
