Yes at first i had a little bit of trouble but looks like you have to create a username to be able to comment..I had to anyways to comment...using your email than create a new password it's an easy entery

Q, I know this might sound stupid but here goes? Does Starz come on regular cable, like Warner? I've never heard of it, till now.

Starz is a pay cable channel that initially started out running mostly movies.

Here is an article from March. I think it's important because it tells us that there is already a relationship between Disney and Starz. Mechanisms may already be in place for a deal to either share production or for Disney to sell or lease rights.

Thanks for all the answers. I called Starz today and they picked up on the first ring. I left a message to the guy to let them know how much I want them to pick up Our Seeker. I don't know how many times u can call but I'm calling again cause they didn't ask any info from me.

Sounds like he would love LotS - if he's not already a fan, maybe we should try to recruit him!

Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert have that connection to Starz at the moment because of Spartacus. It'd be cool if that could work in our favor.

If you haven't already then call the 866 # and tell them that, e-mail them and write to them!

And there is already a relationship between Disney and Starz to facilitate negotiations.

Are you referring to the higher ups at Starz? We don't really have anyway of knowing, unless/until they announce that they are picking up LotS. As with ABC/Disney, it would be business suicide to acknowledge the SoS campaign unless they are going to something positive and have a signed deal in hand. They already have an agreement with Disney regarding movies, so they won't even want to say "yes, we tried, but Disney didn't cooperate" because they don't want to damage their relationship with Disney.

I know it's frustrating, but unfortunately that's the way the business world works.

I've called and wrote a letter to Eric. U did say this person was excited about LotS, so it seems to me someone's been talking about it.

I think the Fandom has done more advertising than Tribune ever did, shame. All any of us can do is call, write, e-mail and call some more. Until we hear something we just keep on keeping on. There's nothing else we can do and keep our hopes up.

It just seems to me that Disney spent all that money for the rights to The Sword Of Truth and it only ran for 2 seasons. U would think that they wound want more seasons. They could have payed attention to what was happening at Tribune, but what do any of us know how TV works?

OMG! This video should be required viewing for all Legend of the Seeker fans -- It's stunning! Amazing!! I actually got teary eyed.

It's a lovely tribute to our foursome (as well as cast/crew of the show). Just LOVELY!!!
