Shoot Goodkind's team put out a great option:

--Write to alternative networks and TV stations and ask them to consider picking up the third season.
Hit all the markets, especially major ones, and try to get them to pledge that they will negotiate with ABC if approached, and in doing so, make a list of those pledged networks and stations (both domestic and foregin) to give to Goodkind's team (who are now participants of this campaign) who can put that list of willing participants directly into ABC hands.

I also like the bill board idea... as I don't believe that has been done yet with any renewal campaign.

I also here rumors that there is consideration of a 30 second TV spot for SOS that you are considering have made.

Know this is one of the primary tacts that was successful during the Farscape campaign. They created their commercial and got it aired in about 30 different TV markets that in turn, basically saved the sets for the show from being destroyed, thus allowing the renewal campaign the time to gain the interest of European investors that primarily funded the miniseries that capped off that show.

Both of these are great ideas, as are you adverts as well, because they reach a lot of eyes and it doesn't hurt at all that it is large scale because if there is one thing those in the entertainment industry like the best, it is opulance....the bigger the better so to speak.

It attracts them like the proverbial moth to the flame.

I've never tried to trend anyone or anything before. So I have no idea. Did this go as expected? Someone else on another forum was saying that it wasn't advertised enough.

No it wasn't. I only saw a couple of tweets earlier today about it so I started posting here and in other forums trying to make people aware of it. It didn't trend. Not sure why it wasn't advertised more.

And honestly, 5 pm here on the west coast on a Thursday is not the best time. Many of us are still dealing with kids, dinner etc.

And I don't have much luck with Twaitter, unfortunately. It seems to have lots of errors in sending.

It's too bad that Craig didn't trend D: I wish I could do it but I had some academic obligations. I agree with karen though. Weekdays (especially during the school months) are a bad time for parents and teens alike. And we have alot of both in the fandom I'm definately up for weekend trending however!
