Hey guys -- here's a real easy way to help. Laura at SOS just tweeted a link where top Sci-Fi/Fantasy books are being voted on. You don't have to sign up or anything, just check the box for The Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind and click the 'submit' button. You're allowed up to 10 check marks with your single vote. Good news for the books can only be good news for our efforts to bring back the show based on those books. I'm not really sure what is up with Faxo? At the end of July, they extended the voting by 3 days, which should have ended Thursday evening. Then, they extended it by another 3 days. I don't really understand it, I just vote!  I guess this gives us a few more days to vote for Craig and Bridget. Vote! |

I miss them SO MUCH!!! I feel like I've lost my friends!  Let's see a show of hands, how many of you miss this guy? Me too. Since the end of Season 2, there has been an unfortunate disconnect between our Seeker cast and the fans. Let's not wait until next January to write to Craig again for his birthday. Let's write to him soon. I have an idea. Calling all Craig Horner fans: come over to the Craig Horner Project thread! OMG I SOOOOO love that interview!! I fell in love with him watching that.  |

deacon, aren't reruns being shown in other parts of the world? I heard it was playing all over the place. It seems its running every where but here.

Yes, "Seeker" is showing in reruns in many different countries now. Really, you could now call it a "European" show. Even though it was an American production, it is not showing anywhere in America right now. There is the old saying "out of sight...out of mind". That is why it is so important that we get "Seeker" reruns in our country. Reruns always have the potential to bring in more fans. |

Starz Signs Multi-Year Production Deal With BBC Worldwide ProdsBy NELLIE ANDREEVA | Monday August 8, 2011 @ 5:00am PDTTags: BBC Worldwide Prods., Chris Albrecht, Da Vinci's Demons, Jane Tranter, Starz, Torchwood: Miracle Day On the heels of their collaboration on Torchwood: Miracle Day, Starz Entertainment and BBC Worldwide Prods have signed a multi-year production agreement. Under the deal, the two companies will co-develop and co-finance multiple series that will be produced by BBC Worldwide Prods. The potential output is estimated at more than 100 hours of drama series programming. Starz gets distribution rights for the U.S. and English-speaking Canada, while BBC Worldwide will distribute the series internationally. The deal essentially gives Starz a (non-exclusive) production arm without the large cost associated with overhead as Starz is looking to compete against its more established pay-cable competitors on a far smaller production budget. The network already uses a similar approach in casting, where it has been using the services of independent casting director Marc Hirschfeld who has been essentially serving as head of casting on a non-exclusive, consulting basis. The deal with BBC Worldwide will allow Starz to put on the air bigger-budget series as BBC Worldwide will deficit finance the shows, covering the difference between the license fee paid by the network and the series' budget. The company plans to cover the deficit by international sales, so all series developed and produced under the agreement with Starz will be designed with the global marketplace in mind. The first project in the works is Da Vinci's Demons, recently announced by BBC Worldwide Prods' head Jane Tranter and written by David S. Goyer. The pact instantly makes BBC Worldwide Prods, known primarily for producing the ABC reality hit Dancing With the Stars, a major supplier of scripted series in the U.S. "When I came to Starz, we determined that forging strong international partnerships would play center stage in financing our ramp-up of dynamic original programming,” said Starz CEO Chris Albrecht.
