Mike Sussman just sent a new message: "@nikkifinke: NBC Picks Up David E. Kelley's 'Wonder Woman' t.co/0aTZ1gl" Paging @bridgetregan... MikeDSussman via Twitter NBC just ordered the pilot episode for "Wonder Woman" this past week, so now the speculation can begin as to which actress will play her...?

While I am dying to see Craig Horner back on TV against, especially as Richard, I'm not so sure that Dancing with the Stars is the answer.
They tend to get actors who have careers that are kind of tanking or haven't been seen in show business for a long time like Steve Guttenberg, Harry Hamlin, Lisa Rina, etc.
I would just prefer to see him in something that wasn't just a one season thing and then he's gone. Not to mention, I don't think I could possibly bear to watch him be voted off.
Also, I'm not sure he's a big enough name yet for a show like that. While to us who watched him every week in Seeker, we all feel like we're best friends with him, he's still a relatively little know actor here in the States.
Not saying it's a horrible idea, just saying I think we should still focus all our efforts in getting Seeker back before we start finding him other projects that would commit him to something other than Seeker.
Until that final nail is hammered into the coffin of Seeker, I say we keep fighting!! Like someone else said, Starz and DirecTV haven't told us to give it up so that's a small sign that we're doing something right!
Keep up with the ideas, guys! Anything that could bring Seeker, Craig, and Bridget more exposure will help us in the end! ;D

I wanted to see Bridget as the wonder woman, but if that happens she'll won't be avaliable to play Kahlan on the third season right? so.....GET YOUR HANDS AWAY FOR OUR CONFESSOR NBC!!! And about Craig oh boy I miss those eyes (and everything atached to it ) but I personaly don't like dancing with the stars, I would prefer to see him in some other show ..... *cough, Legend of the seeker, cough, cough*, but again if you think that'll help the campaing I think I could live with that.....maybe. Couldn't we try to get them in some talk show or something? Maybe write massive e-mails to Ellen or something like that... Anything to give Starz/Directv an extra push

Hang in there everyone, Seeker is not finished by a long shot. The new Journey Book will be out some time today, and we will be targeting NBC. Comcast recently bought NBC, and they have replaced many of the top management positions, including CEO and Chief of Programming. It is this new Chief of Programming that picked up three new pilots for NBC last week, including "Wonder Woman". The previous management had turned it down, but this new management picked it up. This new team seems more favorably disposed toward fantasy type shows. Also, The CW is still planning their Fall schedule. None of the networks are finished yet. And, as we know, STARZ and DirecTV are still working on their schedules as well. There is also going to be a push for the fans to write to Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert these next three weeks, and encourage them to keep on pitching Seeker to various networks. Details should be forthcoming very soon. Our quest is not over, not by a long shot.

So what's gonna happen if Bridget gets picked for Wonder Woman? I know for myself if Craig did something else and wasn't available to be the Seeker, I wouldn't watch. I started watching the Seeker because of him, I had never heard of the books. So if he wasn't playing Richard I wouldn't watch. So ya gonna know that many Bridget fans feel the same.
So now who are we writing to, NBC with the new CEO? I'm up for writing, just let me know WHO.
I just miss seeing Craig so much and just don't care what I see him on. Any thing will do for me, tho' I'd like it to be the Seeker. I'm ready to take any thing, any thing at all. I love Our Seeker and I want it back but at this point I'll take any thing, sorry. But I will.... Blessed Be...

It's been floating around for a bit, but I never watched it until today. MAKES ME MISS HIM SO MUCH!! Anyway, it's about 22 minutes long and Craig is just about all of it. ;D ;D A little different, but boy he looks cute! It's not a download, just click the play button: Two Twisted

jlyn> thank you so much. I'm missing him toooooo much. I've seen bits of this but never the whole thing and it's really good. I wonder how old he was then? I just have to believe that Craig will be in something, if not Our Seeker (and I do hate saying it) something. Thank you again.
deacon> thank you for always keeping us focused. I need that nowadays. I miss the show, I am just missing it so much lately. Sorry to be so down in the dumps. Blessed Be.....

Jyln, thank you for the updates. We have plenty to do. I think that it's exciting that NBC has new people working in the upper management positions. NBC has been coming in last place this year in the ratings, so this is an opportunity for them to reinvent themselves. NBC (Comcast) also owns a few other cable channels, so they may find an option as to how they want to distribute "Seeker". I think that we are surprising the industry. Like other fandoms, they figured we would eventually go away. As long as all of us keep on fighting, "Seeker" is not finished. Sybil, I think that all of us have days like you described, when we wonder if those first 2 seasons really are it. I certainly have mine. When it happens, I usually rewatch an episode of Seeker to remind me that it is definitely worth fighting for. As a fan of "Farscape" has told us, we need to politely refuse to take "no" for an answer. It's not even an option. I also try to rewatch it on Hulu, so that the networks see ratings. Remember, ABC owns a 1/3 of Hulu, and so does NBC! When we write to NBC, remind them about how well Seeker is doing on Hulu, and how much better a Season 3, 4, 5, etc. would do on their network. I also miss our show terribly, and I miss the days when I knew that there would be a new episode on the coming weekend. How I used to look forward to that! This is a hard fight, but won't it be worth it. Because we had to fight for it, I think that this will make us some of the most appreciative and dedicated fans that a show could have.

Okay Sybil, here you go! Stay tuned to JBC for who to write. But in the meantime, if you haven't seen this -- it might be something new for you to watch Craig in. It's been floating around for a bit, but I never watched it until today. Jyln, thank you for the link to Two Twisted. I had seen the photo caps from it on this website, but had not actually watched that episode until now. It is available on DVD at Amazon, but they are Region 4 DVDs, which are for Australia. For it to work here, we would need to find a "region free" DVD player. In the U.S., our DVD's are Region 1. Sybil, until Seeker is renewed, you can "catch up" with the work that Craig had done before then. He worked in television and film for about 10 years before our show. Between Youtube, Netflix, and the site that Two Twisted is from, you should be able to see most of his work. His first series was "Cybergirl". It's definitely for teenagers, but what the heck, he was 18 years old at the time. I think that Two Twisted was made in 2006, so he was probably about 22 or 23 years old. It's always been easy for the film makers to make him look younger than he really is. Have you watched Season 2 of "H20: Just Add Water"? He was in that. Also, Season 3 of "Blue Water High". You have ten years of an actor's work to keep you occupied until Season 3 of Seeker resumes next Fall.

deacon> thanks again. I won't give up, I've hung in there too long to stop now. But lately, I have been having more frustrating moments, and it's so tiresome of late. It's getter harder to fight off the hopeless feeling I get at times. I don't want to have ONLY two seasons, that's NOT enough. If LotS was promote properly, they would be almost done with the 3rd season by now.
like you deacon, I looked forward each week to the new episode and I miss that feeling also. It'll be okay. I know it will. And I get so much from coming here. Ya don't know how all the good ideas and the support means to me and to know that I'm not alone in this. Thanks...
I'm going to find Blue Water High and H20, can I get them on hulu? Thanks for all your patience and you poor-thing you hear it from all of us. A big cyber hug. Blessed Be.....

Here's the letters/package that Laura of SOS.com is mailing to the new NBC boss for the JBC this week: Thank you Extremis for keeping us up to date on all of the activities to promote and save Seeker. None of us should be bored, that's for sure. And, looking at the above photo, how could any studio exec not be impressed with this?

16th annual Xena convention This weekend there will be a 16th annual Xena convention in Los Angeles. This is amazing when you conisder that the series ended about 10 years ago. Also, have a look at the cast members that will be in attendance: Renee O'Connor, Ted Raimi, Claire Stansfield, Michael Hurst, and Jennifer Ward-Lealand.What does this have to do with Seeker? Our show was produced by Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert. "Xena" and "Hercules" were also produced by them, and the fanbase of each series remains strong years after those shows ended. We need to convince Sam and Rob that the Seeker fanbase is also alive and well, and waiting for more. I think that we also need to convince some of the Seeker cast members to attend upcoming LoTS conventions this summer. It can make such a difference in attendance. Think about it. If we knew that Craig and Bridget were going to be at a convention in the U.S. this summer, wouldn't you think about going to it? Have a look at the Xena convention: herocomplex.latimes.com/2011/01/28/xena-convention-will-bring-out-l-a-weekend-warriors/
