The casting call is not current - the date just refreshes automatically. The plot synopsis is season 1 and no Tab in the principals.
Even if someone had picked up the show recently, they most likely wouldn't be at the casting call point. We will hear about it through other channels well before a casting call goes out. They will have to write at least a few episodes to know who they are casting, as the principals have all been cast.

I love that pic too, hotttt. We won and ya know what? We win 9 out of 10 times, we do. So I have to ask, Disney, are you brick-ass stupid? What is up with these people? We win most of the time. This is one of those frustrating moments. Ya say they might have a bidding war but we don't know that. We just don't know a damn thing and that's what's so frustrating
I wrote Disney today and was very nice but my heart wasn't in the letter. It was just words. Before I felt passion, now I feel nothing. I'm so pissed at Disney. I really want to say take this you *)(^$#@>)&%#@ and I mean it.

Update regarding the mailing addresses in the Journey Book: The Fandom's Quest Campaign --Posted by Laura of the SOS Team
The Journey Book Campaign is once again teaming up with with SaveOurSeeker.com and LotS S3-4-5 Facebook fans to bring you a special JBC week dedicated to informing executives of the dedication and hard work of the Seeker fandom.
--- > Do you realize what this fandom has achieved over the past few months?
Do you also realize that some network executives may not be aware of all the fan-driven activities and campaigns that have been going on?
It's now time to show them the great length this fandom has gone to support season 3 of 'Legend of the Seeker'.
Just one example: SaveOurSeeker.com raised over $24,000 to-date and is supported by Terry Goodkind.
This is an opportunity we cannot miss, so we drafted a template letter, which we're asking you to personalize and send via snail mail to Sam Raimi and ABC-Disney by the end of this week, July 24.
In the letter, you should explain why you enjoy the show and that you're supporting a third season.
You should also show them what the fans have done collectively to promote the show and support S3 ---> We've done this for you and listed all the major fan initiatives.
They are really too many to fit in one page, so we picked the most visible ones for the purpose of this letter. We've included images of the fan ads and photos you can include in your letter.
You can find the example letter here:

.doc docs.google.com/fileview?id=0B6fHGJsENylOOTdhODRjOGItZjE3Yy00ZjgwLWIyOTgtMzc5MjcyODgxMzI2&hl=en
--These are the snail mail addresses for the Week of July 19:
Sam Raimi Renaissance Pictures 315 S Beverly Drive #216 Beverly Hills, CA 90212-4310 USA
Anne Sweeney Disney-ABC Domestic Television 500 S Buena Vista Street Burbank, CA 91521 USA
--Week of July 26:
Mitch Metcalf, EVP Program Planning & Scheduling NBC Universal Network TV 3000 W. Alameda Ave. Suite A-250 Burbank, CA 91523-0001 USA
Chris Long, SVP Entertainment DirecTV 2230 E. Imperial Highway El Segundo, CA 90245 USA
David Stapf, President CBS Television Studios 4024 Radford Ave Studio City, CA 91604 USA
We'll continue to publish the calendar as the campaign continues.
Thank you for your support.

I know I've said this before, but it looks like it bears repeating -
Disney is a business, they think like a business - it's all about the dollars & cents. There are bean counters there making calculations about risk vs. return. In other words, will they make a profit if they sell, produce, lease, etc. LotS. They are not setting out to personally piss us off, that is actually counter to their business goals and I think it would help everyone to remember that. You (that's the general you, no one specific) will only upset yourself if you keep thinking about them in personal terms and eventually that will damage the campaign. Letters will stop or their tone will change or as one said, your heart won't be in them. This will all get reflected in the campaign and bring it down and when the campaign loses momentum, then we lose.
Winning polls, etc. has no bearing on Disney's decision. They know that it is a fairly small group of people voting in those polls compared to the size of the potential viewing audience (for all shows & networks, not just LotS.)
Now I'm not saying to not vote in polls because they are a tool in bringing attention to LotS and the SoS cause. The more people we can get to watch LotS and partcipate in the cause the better. Because if there are enough people then the numbers those bean counters are calculating will change in our favor.
This is not a personal thing by the various business (Disney, Starz, SyFy, etc.) it is ALL about the numbers and the money.
We need to keep this in mind and let that be what guides our campaign because that is the only way we will win.
So deep breath everyone. Focus! Persistent but polite! Snail mail letters still the best!
Some #'s to put things in perspective:
The current population of the US (according to the Census Bureau) is 309,798,437 - that's over 300 million and the show drew just over 2 million at it's peak viewing. Now this is decent for a fantasy show, but compared to other shows, kind of sucks. This is what we are fighting against and also probably (guessing here) why ABC doesn't air it on one of their stations.
Here are the #'s for the top 25 on cable: (As you can see 2 million is really nothing) Looking at last # so for instance # 1 Deadliest catch is 8.546 million. (I mean Hannah Montana has better numbers that LotS ever did and you know that show has a very small select viewing audience!) With 8.5 million average viewers, Captain Phil Harris’ final Deadliest Catch on Discovery topped all cable viewing for the week ending July 18, 2010. The return of The Closer and the premiere of Rizzoli & Isles on TNT were the second and third most-watched programs for the week with After the Catch on Discovery and the State Farm Home Run Derby on ESPN rounding out the top 5. USA’s top show Burn Notice was pushed out of the viewing top 5, but both it and USA sibling Royal Pains made the top 10.
USA’s Covert Affairs debuted at #12 and HBO’s True Blood was thirteenth for the week in viewing with 4.86 million. White Collar returned at #16 with 4.3 million and TNT’s Leverage was way up versus last week and snuck into the top 20 with 3.93 million.

I'm not trying to depress everyone, I am just trying to show everyone what we are up against and how we need to think in business terms because that is how the networks are thinking. In order to be successful, we have to realize that it's numbers and dollar and cents that will win in the end. We have to turn those numbers to our favor.
Another interesting # to show you the type of numbers that are significant to Disney:
The estimated annual attendance at Disney’s Magic Kingdom® Park is 17 million, followed by Epcot with 10.9 million, Disney’s Animal Kingdom with 9.6 million and Disney's Hollywood Studios with 9.5 million. (The 4 parks that make up all of Disney World)
This is just Orlando, there is also Anaheim. This is only one small part of the Disney empire and what we would be trying to contend with in terms of any "boycott" etc.

Not saying not to vote here - but the decision between Flash Forward and LotS will come down to expense vs. viewership.
They may not pick up either...for this very reason.
